What we do with your information.

We collect only what we need to answer your inquiry and prepare for a first conversation about your site.

What we collect

When you send a project inquiry or request the Park Planning Guide, we collect what you type into the form:

  • Your name and organization
  • Work email and, if you give it, a phone number
  • City, project type, stage, budget range and target opening
  • Anything you write in the message field
  • The page you submitted from, the referring site, and campaign parameters in the link you followed

We do not ask for and do not want sensitive personal information. Do not send confidential procurement material through the form.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, to send the Park Planning Guide when you request it, to prepare for a site walk, and to follow up about the project you described. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.

Who handles it

Inquiries reach our office by email. If we use a customer relationship or form provider to receive submissions, that provider processes the information on our behalf under its own terms. We will name the current provider on request.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for as long as the project conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterward for follow-up and business records. Ask us to delete your record and we will.

Cookies and measurement

This site does not require cookies to work. When measurement is enabled, we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to count page views, form submissions, and document requests in aggregate. If you arrive from a link with campaign parameters, those parameters are kept in your browser for the current session only and are attached to any request you send, so we know which campaign brought you here.

We use RB2B, a website visitor identification service. When you visit or log in to our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your email or online profiles. We (or service providers on our behalf) may then send communications and marketing to these emails or profiles. Your choices
